With alot of programmable keyboards, like the Ergodox-ez, you will need to massage a non-Qwerty layout to fit the physical keys available.
If you're using Engram or EngramMod, you might be able to program the outer function keys on the right hand for the Z and Q letters, or just put them on another layer when you reprogram the keys.
For Engram or EngramMod, most common punctuation will stay on the number keys, and the not-so-common keys can be easily put on another layer.
